Director - MARLA

Jon joined the family business and began working at Wyatt Hughes in 2003 after finishing a degree at Bournemouth University. Having grown up around Estate Agency his whole life it seemed the obvious choice to follow in his father’s footsteps and take over the family business. Having worked within the industry for over 18 years now, he has gained a vast amount of experience and has also become a qualified member of ARLA PROPERTYMARK, the main regulatory body for the Lettings Industry.

Neil Skeggs

Neil Skeggs

Director
01424 423110

Neil joined the agency back in 2014, bringing with him a wealth of experience in the property market. Previously located in Bexhill, it seemed a natural step to extend his fondness of coastal properties further into Hastings. When dealing with Neil on the sale or purchase of a home, clients will discover negotiation and sales progression are his key strengths – ultimately making sure the process goes as smoothly as possible. And when challenges arise, his level-headed approach to problem solving pays off and his clients get the best outcome… their dream home, which in his view, is the most rewarding aspect of the job.
